Brad grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State with a degree in Agricultural Science and a minor in Ag Business Management. Starting his career at Augusta Co-Op, Brad was assistant manager at Staunton, and then he was promoted to store manager at Weyers Cave in the fall of 2009. In the Fall of 2011, he returned to Staunton as store manager of that location.
