Congratulations to all participants and winners at the Highland County Fair held Sept. 2-5, 2009 in Monterey, VA! New to the livestock show and sale this year was the market goat division. A great crowd was on hand to watch the sale of 3 market steers, 19 feeder steers, 17 market hogs, 75 market lambs, and 10 market goats.
