Co-Op Notices
Effective July 1st, 2009, Augusta Co-Op will be closing the retail sales office at the Staunton Feed Mill.  All items traditionally found at the Staunton Feed Mill will be purchased at the Staunton Retail Store location, and these products will be loaded at the Staunton Retail Store location.  Patrons using our custom mill services and purchasing and/or picking up bulk items will continue to be serviced from the Feed Mill office.

One of our main goals at Augusta Co-Op is to continually improve the level of service that we deliver to our patrons.  This change will help us improve labor efficiency, mill production management, inventory management, and patron & employee safety.  If time is of a concern, we have three methods of getting the products you need much more conveniently.
    1.  Call ahead with your order at (540)885-1265 ext. 225
    2.  E-mail your order to feedorders@augustacoop.com.  A convenient feed order form is located on this website.  Just click on the "feed order form" tab on the left side.
(Orders called in or e-mailed will be processed and placed on the dock at the feed mill for your pick up.)
    3.  Have your feed delivered to your door by calling (540)569-0241.

Changes in longtime operational procedures are usually never easy or popular, but we believe the potential in increased efficiency is necessary.  We appreciate your patronage.  If you have concerns or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

(Please note - All custom feed orders require 48 hour advance notice.)
